We will need a picture ID and your most current insurance card. We will ask you to present these at each visit. All payments are expected prior to each visit.
The Franklin Clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Please call for holiday schedule.
For non-urgent matters, call the clinic and leave your message and we will return your call the next business day. However, if you have an emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The physician on call or the emergency room physician will tend to your immediate medical needs.
In the case of a true emergency, always call 911. However, if you have a routine illness or minor injury, the Franklin Clinic is happy to try to work you into our schedule as quickly as possible.
Call your pharmacy, and they will contact us for a refill. Please allow 48 business hours for a refill request response. Then follow up with your pharmacy for status.
Yes, we can perform routine blood work and various in-house CLIA waived testing ordered by our providers. We are unable to perform testing ordered by outside providers, but can help direct you to the appropriate facility.
Yes, insurance co-pays, deductibles or other applicable payment in full is expected at the time of service.
